You are eligible for a free cancellation (for non-customized products) if:

  • Your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

⚠️ Cancellations After Dispatch & Fees

If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel due to:

  • Personal reasons, or
  • Delivery disputes caused by not selecting the optional white glove service,

You will be responsible for the following:

  • The shipping cost of the outbound delivery;
  • A 10% restocking fee based on the original (pre-discount) order value.
