2. Do you offer free fabric or leather swatches?
Yes! We offer free swatches of all available fabrics and leathers. Simply email us at vip@sokahome.ca with your address and preferred colors.
3. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and throughout Canada. For rural delivery, please contact us for confirmation.
4. How long does delivery take?
In-stock items ship in 5–10 business days. Made-to-order pieces may take 4–6 weeks. You'll receive tracking via email once shipped.
5. What delivery options do you offer?
We offer White Glove Delivery (includes in-home setup) and Curbside Delivery (contactless drop-off).
6. Can I return or cancel my order?
Yes. Cancel within 72 hours for non-custom orders. Returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
7. Are your leather sofas pet- and child-friendly?
Yes. We use top-grain leather that’s treated for stain and scratch resistance — ideal for families and pet owners.
8. Can I customize my sofa?
Many models allow configuration and color customization. Contact us for special requests.
9. What if my order arrives damaged or with missing parts?
Please inspect your items on delivery. If there’s damage or missing parts, email us within 48 hours at vip@sokahome.ca with photos.
